Challenge .

Galliard Homes is a leader within the UK for providing luxury, affordable residential developments in underserved areas.

With their new developments in Wapping and Shoreditch aimed at first time buyers, they needed marketing assets that were modern and spoke to the younger generation of buyers.



We chose to play on a common narrative which is easily recognisable within the “swipe right” culture.

Throughout the film the viewer is led through a “dating scenario” only, the date is with his first home, not another person.

This concept, although tongue in cheek, allowed us to not only incorporate the lifestyle of a potential buyer but also showcase the luxury features of the apartment.

With this longer film, we were able to cut social content which worked perfectly for paid media campaigns and organic social channels.
