Over at One Globe Studio, we’re strict about making sure your data is kept safe so you know you can trust us when it comes to sharing any of your data with us via our website. Visitors to our Website

When someone visits www.oneglobestudio.com the only data we collect is via third party services, Google Analytics. They track traffic patterns and allow us to optimise our website so we know where our viewers came from and also how to improve our site so it’s a better experience overall. This information is only processed completely anonymously. So Google won’t know your exact details and neither will we, you’ll just appear as a hit on our website. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website. We also use third party service, Facebook to gather certain data. More specifically, we use a Facebook pixel on the site which sends data back to Facebook about the audience who appeared on our site. Again, this data is completely anonymous and we cannot access it and nor can Facebook. It allows us to ensure that when you are on Facebook, you are seeing the correct content from us, provided you have shown some interest in our site. In real time here’s how it would look: You appear on our site and read a blog post in a series of blogs about video marketing. When you are next on Facebook, you may see a sponsored post from us in the newsfeed sharing the second blog post in that series with you. It allows us to share the right content effectively, but protects your privacy by not allowing us, or Facebook to ever see who exactly you are in terms of your name and personal information. This is just one example of how the Facebook pixel is used. In all use cases, we will never have your personal details.
Contact Box
The only time we collect personal information is with your consent. For example, if you fill out the contact box, we’ll need your name to make sure we aren’t contacting a robot.
Newsletter Sign Up
If you sign up for our newsletter, we will need to collect certain personal information such as your name and email. When you sign up for the newsletter we’ll send you a monthly email to keep you up to date with the latest happenings. You’ll be able to unsubscribe at any point. Of course, we strictly and emphatically, do not rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.

Webinar sign ups
If you sign up for a webinar or one of our educational resources, we will collect your information to ensure we’re sharing the right content with the right people. It’s also so we can send you updated versions of that content as it’s created.
Payments
When you make a payment through our site, we will collect your information insofar as it’s required. We authorise Stripe to collect our payments from customers on our behalf. Stripe will collect your information and we will be able to verify personal information to make sure that the correct payments are made. Sometimes in blogs we will reference other sites, but unfortunately this privacy policy does not cover the links within this site linking to other websites. That being said, we try to only link to reputable source information. Access to Your Personal Information & Request to be forgotten
You are entitled to access the personal information that we hold. Email your request to our data protection officer Viren Samani ([email protected]). You can also request that we remove any data we hold on you by emailing the same person with your written request.
Expiration
For personal information we hold with regards to marketing, we will hold this information for 3 years. If we are not in regular contact with you after that point, we will remove your information.
