Galliard Homes had a very particular demographic for their newest development on the riverside in Wapping. Their target demographic were “city boys” who were tech savvy and looking for a great apartment within easy reach of the City of London. They knew a typical apartment walk through tour wouldn’t help so they came to us. We came up with the creative concept and took the story to a different more emotional level, which was more about living a lifestyle rather than just about how great the apartment was. The film we created was one of the most innovative pieces of content the property development sector.
